I am the founder and designer of Pico Design. I started Pico in 2008, and began this past decade taking the company from part to full time. In the ten years since, I've expanded what I do to include teaching industrial design and working on (non-jewelry) product designs for an exciting list of clients. I also expanded my custom jewelry business, including several engagement and wedding ring projects and my first foray into diamonds! I'm really trying to bring together all the things I love.
I started designing jewelry because I wanted to own (and wear!) simple, architectural pieces that reflected my style and point of view. I was excited that other women and men felt the same way. Looking back, I'm really proud of the work I created and the relationships I've forged. But as we move into 2020, I'm envisioning a Tabula Rasa for Pico, with a new body of work that is more edited, and reflects what's inspiring me now. Stay tuned as I move ahead with the intention to create a new body of work.
